摘要
以含硼相和铅为主要组元,进行成分和结构设计,制备出兼有中子和γ射线屏蔽特性和一定力学承载能力的集屏蔽/结构一体化的核屏蔽材料。通过组织形貌分析和力学试验,研究含硼相的弥散细化与调控方法,以及含硼相的比例、形态和分布对材料强度和塑性的影响规律,找出进一步提高材料强度和塑性的方法和技术途径。
With B phase and Pb as the main elements and the designed constituents and structure,a setting shielded/structural integration nuclear shielding materials with the neutron and gamma-ray shielding and the mechanical bearing capacity a setting are prepared.Through analysis of the morphology and mechanical tests,the diffusing refinement and control methods of B phase are studied.The ratio,morphology and distribution of the B phase which affect strength and ductility of the shielded/structural integration materials are studied.The ways to enhance strength and ductility of the shielded/structural integration materials are further founded.
