聚(衣康酸-癸二酸)的合成及其生物降解性能 被引量:1

摘要 用癸二酸和衣康酸通过真空熔融缩聚的方法合成了一系列聚(癸二酸-衣康酸)共聚酸酐(P(IA-co-SA))。用热失重(TG)、核磁共振(^1H-NMR)、傅立叶红外光谱(FT-IR)、凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)等手段对共聚酸酐进行了表征,并研究了共聚酸酐在磷酸盐缓冲溶液中的体外降解性能。结果表明,P(IA-co-SA)是一类可降解高分子材料,其体外降解速度随癸二酸(SA)在共聚酸酐中比例的提高而变慢。 Poly(sebacic-co-itaconic) anhydrides (P(IA-co-SA)) are successfully prepared by melting condensation under high vacuum condition from sebacic anhydride and itaconic anhydride.The copolyanhydrides are characterized by Thermogravimetry (TG),Nuclear magnetic resonance (^1H-NMR),Fourier transform infrared (FT-IR) and Gel permeation chromatography (GPC).In vitro degradation of the copolyanhydrides in phosphate buffer solutions are also determined.The result shows that P (IA-co-SA) is a kind of biopolymer which degradation velocity becomes slow with the increasing of SA ratio in the coploymer.
