摘要
本文就金属氧化物在微波场中的升温行为进行了讨论,认为其吸收微波的机制是:介质分子在微波场的作用下,其电偶极子随微波场的变化而取向,由于分子热运动和分子间相互作用力的阻碍,产生松弛极化效应,致使介质将吸收的微波辐射能量传递结晶格,造成介质的温度升高。并且晶体中是否有缺陷结构存在,是诀定其吸收微波能力的一个主要因素。
In this paper, we discuss the temperature rising behavior of metal oxides in microwave fieldand suggest that the interactions between microwave electromagnetic field and the oxide strongly depend on the composition and structure of the sample. When the oxides are irradiated by microwave , the microwavecause dipolar molecules to rotate and ions to migrate , resulting in temperature rising by induced dipole po-larizing relaxation. Furthemore , the lattice defects that exist in the sample are chief factors that give rise tothe loss for microwave and the promotion of temperature rising.
