摘要
本文采用分子设计的方法,合成一种新型含三氟甲基侧基的二氨单体。并运用一步合成法,得到高分子量可溶性聚酰胺酰亚胺。通过1HNMR、FT-IR、TGA、DSC等对所制备聚合物的结构和性能进行了表征。结果表明,合成的聚合物为无规高分子结构,易溶于N-甲基吡咯烷酮,N,N-二甲基乙酰胺和四氢呋喃等极性溶剂中;其10%的分解温度为524.0℃,玻璃转化温度(Tg)为214℃;断裂伸长率为10.5%,强度为131.6MPa,模量为2463.0MPa。
[1,4-bis(4-amino-3-trifluoromethylphenoxy) benzene(B) ],a new fluorinated diamine monomer were synthesized in this paper. PAI(C) is prepared from the diamine(B) and trimellitic anhydride chloride(TMAC) by one-step method. The effects of the trifluoromethyl substituents on the properties of PAI(C) are evaluated through the study of its soluble,thermal and mechanical properties. PAI(C) has glass transition temperature 214°C,and the temperature at 10% weight loss is 524°C. The tensile strengths and tensile modulus are131.6 MPa and 2.5 GPa respectively,the elongation at break is 10.5%. PAI(C) has good solubility in organic solvent such as NMP,DMAC,THF.
