查阅近10余年国内外相关文献,总结归纳从鲎体内纯化的各种抗菌抗内毒素蛋白的结构和生物活性。较为全面地叙述了鲎的先天防御体系以及从其体内提取纯化的抗内毒素因子、各种外源凝集素和C反应蛋白的结构特征和抗菌抗内毒素的生物活性,指出了该类生物蛋白在抗菌抗内毒素药物开发应用中的重要价值。这些蛋白可以作为理想的药物先导化合物进行深入开发研究。它们的结构也为基于结构的新型药物设计合成提供了丰富的数据资料。

This article summarizes the structure and bioactivity of various anti-bacterial and anti-lipopolysaccharide proteins, and other defensive proteins such as limulus anti-lipopolysaccharide factor, lectins, C-reactive proteins purified from limulus depending upon the relative domestic and overseas documents in resent 10 years. They have significant value in development and application of anti-bacterial and anti-lipopolysaccharide drugs, and their structures provide rich information for the design and synthesis of new anti-bacterial and anti-lipopolysaccharide drugs.
