摘要 急性肺损伤（acute lungin jury，ALI）／急性呼吸窘迫综合征（acute respiratory distresss yndrome，ARDS）是临床各科均可发生的急危重症，其病死率极高。自1967年美国科罗拉多大学Ashbaugh等在Lancet杂志首先报道成人急性呼吸窘迫（acute respiratory distress in adult）以来，引起了国内外广大学者的高度重视，相继出现了大量的临床与实验研究报道，
