摘要
胃复安与亚硝酸钠在pH＝1.8的KCl-HCl缓冲溶液中发生反应，其亚硝化衍生物具有良好的电活性，于-0.56V（vs·SCE）产生一灵敏的极谱峰，峰电流与胃复安浓度在0.8～4.8mg／L范围内有良好的线性关系，检测下限为0.4mg／L。
Metoclopramide can react with sodium nitrite in pH1. 8 KCl-HCl buffer solution. Its nitrosation product can reduce at the mercury electrode with a well defined electroactivity at - 0.56V (vs.SCE). The peak current isproportional to the concentration of metoclopramide over a range of 0. 8～4.8mg/L. Thedetection limit is 0.4mg/L.
