摘要
采取高温固相扩散方法合成了以CdSiO3为基质,单掺杂Mn2+和双掺杂Mn2+、Ce3+的发光体.在254nmUV光下发射橙红霞光.对其反应原理、X射线粉末衍射图、激活剂在基质中浓度与相对亮度的关系及荧光体的余辉进行了探讨.
In this paper the luminescent materials CdSiO 3:Mn 2+ and CdSiO 3:Mn 2+ 、Ce 3+ were synthesized by high temperature solid spread method.They appeared red as sunset glow under the emitation of 254nm UV light.Their compositions were characterized by XRD.The principle of reactions and the relationship between concentration of Mn 2+ in CdSiO 3 and brightness were studied.The afterglow of Mn 2+ 、Ce 3+ in CdSiO 3 were also disscussed.
