摘要
将野油菜黄单胞菌(Xanthomonascampestris)NRRL-B-1459菌株的缩酮丙酮酸转移酶基因,在pRK2073辅助质粒的协助下,经三亲本接合法,导入野油菜黄单胞菌NK01小菌落的抗性突变株(NK01·S·1)中,测定各接合子的产胶率、黄原胶粘度及丙酮酸含量,得到一系列优于原始菌株的接合子,其中四株的产胶率、丙酮酸含量及黄原胶粘度分别较出发菌株提高7.28~10.60%、40.24~41.42%和10.79~22.30%.
The ketal pyruvate transferase gene from Xanthomonas campestris NRRL B 1459 were transferred in to Xanthomonas campestris NK01·S·1 by triparental conjugation. The exoconjugant dettrminations indicated that the yield rate, pyruvate content and viscosities of xanthan gum were increased by 7.28% ̄10.60%, 37.28% ̄41.42% and 10.79% ̄22.30%, respectively.
