摘要
研究了将优化后的悬臂梁光纤光栅(FBG)敏感结构用于磁场传感.基于材料力学理论和电流与磁场相互作用原理,得出布拉格反射波长为1561.48nm的光纤光栅对磁感应强度的灵敏度为0.65nm/T;实验测量表明该值为0.56nm/T,理论值和实验值基本相符,说明本文所设计的磁场传感器具有可行性.
Applying the FBG sensor with a special structure cantilever beam to measure the magnetic field is the main point of this article. The theoratical value (based on the theory of material mechanics and the mechanism of acting between electric current and magnetic field) is 0.65nm/T, which matches reasonably well with the experimental value: 0.56nm/T.
