摘要
介绍了一种采用马赫-曾特尔干涉仪结构实现调Q的光纤激光器.其中,马赫-曾特尔干涉仪由两个3dB耦合器和两段光纤(作为干涉仪的双臂)构成.在泵浦功率为30mW时,得到了稳定的激光输出,最高脉冲功率达2.6W,平均功率为1mW.当重复频率低于1kHz时,在1557nm波长处得到光脉冲,半宽为4.2μs.此外,在调Q脉冲包络内观察到了自锁模现象.
An all fiber Q switched laser with Mach Zehnder interferometer configuration is reported. A fiber Bragg grating is used to achieve frequency selecting and tuning. Pumped by a laser diode (980nm), the laser can generate stable optical pulses at center wavelength of 1 557nm with peak power of 2.6W and pulse width of 4.2μs at 760Hz repetition rate. Self mode locking in the Q switched all fiber laser is demonstrated.
