成功地处理了办公、商场、餐饮、会议于一体的多种功能、多种流线的分区、分流,文章通过对区域的整体解读,营造出具有滨海建筑特质的、具有现代感、细部变化细腻、富于个性、与环境交融的建筑形象,这次建筑设计实践是对CBD高层建筑设计的一次成功尝试。
