Live with Water:Rural Land Layout Evolution Tendency and Prospect in Water Network Area of North Zhejiang

快速城镇化背景下的村庄规划面临诸多困惑和挑战,浙北水网地区村庄用地布局出现了村庄空间分布集中化、用地功能多元化、道路交通密集化的特点。通过对上述趋势的分析与概括,指出浙北水网地区村庄用地布局存在的问题,提出针对水网地区村庄发展方向的展望,为村庄规划提供借鉴。

Under the rapid urbanization, the rural planning faces many perplexity and challenges, rural land layout evolution tendency in water network area of North Zhejiang is the centralization of rural settlement layout, the diversity of rural land use function, and the construction of transit network. Through analysis and summarization of the above tendency, this paper points out the problems of rural land layout in water network area, and enlightens the direction of rural development to point out suggestions for the rural planning.
