“加薪潮”来袭,祸兮? 福兮?——透视“加薪潮”的背后

摘要 眼下,一股加薪大潮正在中国劳动力市场涌动。自今年年初以来,全国已有14个省市上调了地方最低工资标准,而随着经济的逐步复苏回暖,2004年首次出现的"用工荒"现象在今年春节后也再次引爆,面对用工紧缺,诸多企业纷纷以加薪手段予以应对,而受困于"12连跳"和"罢工门"事件,富士康和本田汽车对员工工资较大比例的上调,更是将本轮"加薪潮"推向了一个高潮。种种迹象显示,在长期压抑的中国劳动力市场,一轮大规模的"加薪潮"正在汹涌而至。那么,此轮"加薪潮"到底是好是坏?对于整个中国制造业的影响何在?是否又会倒逼整个产业升级?面对此轮"加薪潮",纺织服装企业又该如何应对?《加薪潮来袭,祸兮?福兮?》我们共同关注! Currently, the salary raise has been seen in China’s labor market. Since the beginning of this year, the local minimum wage standards have been raised in 14 provinces and cities throughout the country and with the recovery of the economy, the labor shortage which first appeared in 2004 has shown up again after Spring Festival this year and become the force for the wage rise in many companies. Partly due to the' 12 jumps' and strike, Foxconn, and Honda Motor have greatly raised their staff wages and become the climax of the current round of' salary hike'. There are signs that a large-scale' salary hike' will be unstopped trend in the Chinese labor market which has been in suppression for a long time. Well, is it good?
