"Basket-Cabinet Design":New Thinking on Urban Design Under Complex Information Background

由于海量城市信息的涌入,当代城市设计日益呈现出复杂化和综合化的学科特点,为此该文借鉴公共信息管理领域内一种处理复杂性问题的有效方法——"筐-架"方法,提出了"筐-架式设计"的理念。结合吉林市松花江两岸滨水区总体设计,该文进一步阐述了"筐-架式设计"在确立城市设计研究方向、筛选关注要点、制定方案策略和实施循环调整等过程中的应用,对"筐-架式设计"方法的应用作了初步探讨。

As the massive influx of urban information,contemporary urban design shows the characteristic of complexity and synthesis.Therefore,we reference an effective method,Basket-Cabinet Methodology,which exists in the public information management domain to deal with the complicated problems,and proposes a new idea,named ＂Basket-Cabinet Design＂.Taking Jilin Songhua Riversides Comprehensive Design for example,we further elaborate the basic principle of the ＂Basket-Cabinet Design＂ to be applied to the urban design process as follows：the determination of research direction,the selection of key point,the establishment of plan strategy and the implementation of circulatory adjustment.We make preliminary research on the cooperation of ＂Basket-Cabinet Design＂ and urban design.
