摘要
通过建立安全阀升力系数的测量装置,研究了安全阀开启高度对升力系数的影响。基于安全阀压力释放原理,构建安全阀数值模拟的三维CFD模型,计算了安全阀内部的压力场和速度场分布。计算与实验结果相比较表明,所建立的CFD模型可对安全阀排放过程进行定量分析,并可系统研究安全阀主要结构参数对安全阀升力系数的影响,优化安全阀的设计。
A testing system was established for safety valves to investigate the effects of lift height on the lifting coefficient. Based on the principle of pressure relief for a safety valve, a CFD model was introduced to calculate the velocity and pressure distributions in the interior of safety valves. Compared with the testing results, it is shown that the established model can be used to analyze the performance of safety valves quantitatively. It is also shown that a design optimization can be carried out with the study on the effects of structural parameters on the lifting coefficient for safety valves.
