摘要 交通事故发生时路段因通行能力下降会产生拥堵,在事故路段上游合理布置可变情报板(Variable Message Sign,VMS)能有效疏导车流。研究了道路网络中VMS发布点的优化模型,分析了VMS在路网诱导中的转移率模型和VMS对于减少拥堵效用的计算方法;建立了路网中VMS发布点的优化模型,通过VMS信息发布点的优化减少出行时间;提出应用离散离子群算法求解优化模型;在虚拟路网中的数值实验表明,模型能有效减少总的出行时间,但是随着VMS数量的增加,出行时间的减少不明显。 When traffic incidents occur there will be congestions on roads due to capacity reduction. Locating Variable Message Sign (VMS) on the upstream of accident link reasonably can effectively release traffic congestion. In this paper VMS location optimization model for emergency incidents of road network is studied. The converting rate of VMS in network and VMS benefit evaluation model in reducing congestion are analyzed. An optimization model for VMS location in network is proposed, in order to reduce travel time by VMS information. An algorithm based on discrete particle swarm optimization is employed to solute the optimization model. The model is implemented on a hypothetical transportation network for numerical experiments to test its efficiency. The results indicate that the proposed model can reduce the overall travel time. However, with the increase of VMS number, reduction of travel time is not significant.
