刈割与非刈割处理下紫花苜蓿叶片光合作用的差异

The Differences of the Photosynthesis between Cutting and No-cutting Alfalfa Leaves

分析了刈割对紫花苜蓿叶片光合作用的影响。结果表明,刈割对生长第5年的紫花苜蓿叶片的光合速率无显著影响,而对当年生长的紫花苜蓿叶片的光合速率有显著影响。对当年生长的紫花苜蓿而言,9月份刈割处理叶片光合速率上午比不刈割处理高,而下午则比不刈割处理低,并且峰值有延迟的趋势;10月份刈割处理叶片光合速率普遍比不刈割处理高。

In this study,the effects of cutting on the photosynthesis of alfalfa leaves were analysed.It showed that the cutting did not significantly influence the 5-year alfalfa leaves′ photosynthesis,but significantly influenced that of the first year alfalfa.For the first year alfalfa,in September the photosynthesis rate of cutting alfalfa were siginficantly higher than that of the no-cutting alfalfa in the morning;In the afternoon,the photosynthesis rate of cutting alfalfa were siginficantly lower than that of the no-cutting alfalfa,and the photosynthesis rate peak values of the of cutting alfalfa were later than that of the no-cutting alfalfa;In October,the photosynthesis rate of cutting alfalfa were siginficantly higher than that of the no-cutting alfalfa.
