负荷量氯吡格雷对冠状动脉介入患者血小板活化的影响 被引量:3

摘要 已知冠状动脉(冠脉)内支架置入术(CASI)在减少患者急性并发症和再狭窄方面优于单纯经皮冠脉腔内成形术(PTCA),但支架内血栓的问题尚未解决,血小板的活化状态与之密切相关。本研究旨在观察负荷量氯吡格雷对冠脉介入治疗的急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者血小板活化状态的影响。
