负荷量氯吡格雷对冠状动脉介入患者血小板活化的影响 被引量：3

摘要 已知冠状动脉（冠脉）内支架置入术（CASI）在减少患者急性并发症和再狭窄方面优于单纯经皮冠脉腔内成形术（PTCA），但支架内血栓的问题尚未解决，血小板的活化状态与之密切相关。本研究旨在观察负荷量氯吡格雷对冠脉介入治疗的急性冠脉综合征（ACS）患者血小板活化状态的影响。
