摘要 对小麦单籽粒高分子量麦谷蛋白亚基(HMW-GS)电泳进行了研究,摸索出一套高分子量麦谷蛋白亚基组成成分分析的SDS-PAGE方法。该方法快速,准确,而且体系稳定,适合于大量检测小麦的高分子量麦谷蛋白亚基组成。 A rapid SDS-PAGE method of high molecular weight glutenin subunit(HMW-GS) of wheat was studied and it was proved to be quick,precise and stable.This method is suitable to detecting large numbers of wheat samples.
