摘要
介绍一种高粱总RNA的提取方法。该方法以CTAB为主要提取试剂,成功地提取出了高粱叶片的总RNA。获得的RNA条带清晰,A260/A280在1.8~2.0。这些结果表明提取的总RNA质量好,完整性好,可用于cDNA文库的构建、差异表达等工作。
A total RNA extraction method is introduced.The main extraction reagent is CTAB,the total RNA from sorghum leaves was successfully extracted.The RNA produced clear bands,and the ratios of A260/A280 were between 1.8 to 2.0.These results showed that the total RNA was of very good quality,very good integrity,and it can be used for the construction of cDNA library,diffrential display and so on.
