鼻咽癌三维适形放射治疗的进展

Progress of Nasopharyngeal Carcinoma Treated by 3 Dimensional Conformal Radiotherapy

三维适形放射治疗对周围正常组织及重要器官的保护优于常规放射治疗,能够有效降低部分放射并发症的发生率及严重程度;其靶区覆盖率优于常规放射治疗,并有提高生存率的趋势。现通过对国内外文献进行归纳分析,介绍三维适形放射治疗的优势、主要应用于鼻咽癌治疗的方法 ,以及存在的一些问题。

Protection for normal tissues and critical organs in 3 dimensional conformal radiotherapy （3 DCRT）was better than conventional radiotherapy for nasopharyngeal carcinoma（ NPC）, and obviously de- creases incidence and seriousness of radiation complications. Target coverage of 3DCRT was better than con- ventional radiotherapy and increases the trend of survival rate. The relevant references were reviewed to intro- duce the advantages of 3DCRT,methods of treatment for NPC and its existing problems.
