作为神经性厌食症的治疗方案,立体定向神经外科手术在近年得到了国内外功能神经外科及精神科的重视。通过体质量指数、精神量表、脑代谢功能等检测,以脑立体定向手术治疗神经性厌食症患者后,患者的强迫、焦虑等精神症状缓解的同时,体质量指数也得到相应提高。术后跟进的精神科随访治疗是确保手术疗效的关键。随着脑内环路及神经性厌食症发病机制的进一步阐明,功能神经外科的临床疗效及安全性将获得进一步提升。

Stereotactic and functional neurosurgery for anorexia nervosa spurs wide interests in functional neurosurgical and psychiatric fields.With the monitoring of body mass index,psychiatric scales and brain metabolism,the alleviation in obsessive-compulsive and anxiety level,along with the increase in body mass index,are observed in anorectic patients after receiving functional neurosurgical procedures.Postoperative psychiatric follow-up visits and treatments are critical to maintain the efficacy.The clinical efficacy and safety will improve when brain circuits and psychopathology of anorexia nervosa are further studied in the near future.
