摘要 慢性炎性脱髓鞘性多发性神经根神经病(CIDP)是一种免疫介导的慢性进行性脱髓鞘性感觉运动性周围神经病。CIDP的变异型和伴发疾病备受关注。不同CIDP诊断标准的敏感性和特异性存在一定的差异。免疫治疗,如静脉滴注免疫球蛋白、血浆交换和类固醇有效。目前已有的研究表明,免疫抑制剂和免疫调节剂对CIDP亦有效。现就CIDP的变异型、伴发疾病、诊断以及治疗等方面的研究进展进行综述。 Chronic inflammatory demyelinating polyneuropathy（CIDP）is a chronic,acquired immune and inflammatory disorder of the peripheral nervous system.The CIDP variants and concomitant diseases have been recognized.At present,there are some diagnostic criteria and differential diagnostic criteria with various sensitivity and specificity.Immune therapies,such as corticosteroids,plasma exchange and intravenous immune globulin,are the mainstay of treatment.Now some studies indicate immunosuppressants and immunoregulants have therapeutic effects on CIDP.This review offers the current views of the variant CIDP,CIDP with concomitant disease,diagnostic criteria and the advance in the new treatment of CIDP.
