摘要
随着材质和技术的改进,连续蛛网膜下腔麻醉(CSA)应用范围变得更广阔。该文主要对CSA的产生背景和历史进行描述,总结其在老年、高风险、产科患者的分娩镇痛及术后镇痛方面的临床应用,并且对CSA的并发症及临床不良反应也予以相关讨论。许多研究表明,正确应用CSA不失为一种安全有效的麻醉技术。
With the new materials and new techniques development,the application of continuous spinal anesthesia（CSA） become wider .The review mainly described the history and background of CSA,summarized it′s clinical application from various aspects of elder patient,high-risk patient,obstetric anesthesia,labor analgesia and postoperative analgesia.Complications and clinical influence of CSA was also discussed.CSA will be more accepted and widely used in wider ranges in the future.Many studies showed that correct application of CSA is a safe and effectiv anesthetic technique.
