腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠的临床分析

The Clinical Analysis of Ectopic Pregnancy with Laparoscopic Operation

目的探讨评判腹腔镜手术治疗异位妊娠的效果与临床价值。方法对136例异位妊娠患者行腹腔镜手术,75例行开腹手术,对两组的治疗效果进行对比分析。结果腹腔镜组手术顺利,无中转开腹者,术中出血量较开腹组低(P<0.05),手术时间、术后肛门排气时间、术后离床时间均较开腹组短(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜手术安全、有效、微创,患者恢复快,是治疗异位妊娠的首选手术方法。

Objective To explore the clinical effect and application prospect of the laparoscopic surgery in ectopic pregnancy.Methods The data of 136 ectopic pregnancy patients undergoing laparoscopic operationthe and data of 75 ectopic pregnancy patients undergoing traditional surgeries were compared and analyzed.Result All 136 cases of laparoscopic group completed the operation successfully without converted abdominal operation.The bleeding capacity were less,anus exhaust time and bed leaving time were shorter in the laparoscopic group than in the laparotomy group（ all P0.05 ）.Conclusion Laparoscopy is safe,effective minimally invasive and can serve as the first choice operation mode in curing the ectopic pregnancy.
