一种提取太阳电池参数新方法 被引量:5

A novel method to extract the parameters of solar cells

摘要 提出一种提取太阳电池光生电流、反向饱和电流、理想因子、串联电阻和并联电阻等5个参数的新方法。通过引入Lambert-W函数显化太阳电池电流-电压(I-V)特性方程,对光照I-V数据进行非线性全局拟合,从而获得太阳电池的光生电流等5个待定参数值。实验表明,待定参数的拟合结果具有较高准确性。 The parameters of silicon solar cell,such as series resistance,shunt resistance and so on,are important to design and evaluate solar cells.To extract the five parameters of solar cell simultaneously and quickly,a novel method is proposed by introducing the Lambert-W function to transform the implicit function of silicon solar cell under illumination into an explicit expression,and the I-V curves of solar cell can be fitted by using the nonlinear least square algorithm.The results indicate that the accurate results can be obtained quickly,and less expensive equipments are needed in this method,except for an I-V tester.So this method will be a powerful tool to extract and analyse the parameters of solar cells.
