摘要
利用发光二极管(LED)和硅光电池研制了一种能检测人体表浅动脉及微动脉血管网脉搏波的光电脉搏传感器,设计开发了基于该传感器的踝臂指数(ABI)测量系统,通过血压事件的光电信号判定算法,提高了ABI的测量精度。对30名实验对象进行了与"金标准"听诊法的对比实验,采用Bland-Altman法对实验数据进行了分析,结果表明,使用研制的系统测量ABI与听诊法具有较好的一致性。
To improve the accuracy of ankle-brachial index measurement,a photoelectric pulse sensor is developed to detect pulses of superficial artery and arteriole net of human body using LED and silicon photocell.Employing the photoelectric pulse sensor,an ankle-brachial index measurement system is developed,which uses photoelectric pulse signal to determine the blood pressure event.Comparative experiments are carried out with "gold standard" auscultatory method.30 subjects including 15 healthy subjects and 15 patients with CHD are enrolled.Bland-Altman method is employed to analyze the agreement between the proposed method and the auscultatory method.Results show that the proposed system has good agreement with the auscultatory method.
