手术治疗与保守治疗对桡骨远端关节内骨折的疗效观察比较

目的探讨手术治疗与保守治疗对桡骨远端关节内骨折的临床疗效，比较两者的优缺点。方法60例患者随机分为观察组和对照组，各30例，观察组采用手术治疗，对照组采用保守治疗，观察并比较两者的治疗效果。结果两组愈合时间和出现的并发症比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05），观察组患者腕关节功能明显优于对照组（P〈0．05）。结论手术治疗与保守治疗两种方法对桡骨远端关节内骨折治疗，骨折愈合时间的影响不大，但是手术治疗对腕关节的功能恢复具有优势。条件许可情况下，尽可能选用手术治疗。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of conservative treatment and surgical treatment of intra - articular distal radial fractures, compared advantages and disadvantages of two methods, summary treatment experience. Methods 60 cases were divided randomly into the investigation group （30 cases ） and the control group （30 cases ）. The former took the conservative treatment, the latter took the surgical treatment, observed and compared the clinical efficacy of the two groups. Results There is no statistical significance in the healing time between two groups（ P 〉 0. 05 ） , the wrist function of the investigation group significantly better than the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Two methods have little effect on the fracture healing time, but the effects of surgical treatment was better than conservative treatment in functional recovery of the wrist. Operation should be the first choice for treatment consideration if conditions permit.
