氟西汀治疗脑梗死后抑郁患者的临床观察 被引量：5

摘要 长期以来，脑梗死一直是严重威胁人类生命健康的脑血管疾病之一，死亡率高，致残率高。很多患者在脑梗死发生后伴有不同程度的抑郁症状，成为阻碍患者神经功能及日常生活能力恢复的重要因素。本院对脑梗死后抑郁症患者在治疗中加用抗抑郁药氟西汀，疗效明确，现将一组80例患者资料报告如下。
