基于双核处理器的DeviceNet-DP网桥的研究开发

摘要 从市场占有率最广的PROFIBUS-DP(简称DP)和DeviceNet的兼容性问题为出发点,以Atmel的32位ARM7高速处理器和AVR16处理器构筑的双核处理框架为开发平台,充分发挥其双核处理的优势,同时结合DP和DeviceNet两种现场总线高效和自诊断的优点,开发了一个能使两种总线系统实时透明交换现场和诊断数据的多功能网桥。文中特别从系统硬件开发和软件开发两方面加以阐述,并利用OMRON PLC主站和西门子S7-300 PLC主站为测试系统,最终给于成功测试。 In order to solve the compatible issue between DP and DeviceNet,which are take the most market proportion, this paper take advantage of dual-core CPU together with efficiency and diagnosis in DP and DeviceNet to study a mutifunction fieldbus bridge ,which can facilitate ordinary and diagnosis data exchange ,in a platform with 32 bits ARM7 CPU and AVR CPU. The development of hardware and software is illustrated. Also,the product is tested successfully using a system which is made up of OMRON PLC and Simens S7-300 PLC.
