灭鼠药中毒68例

本文对68例小儿灭鼠药中毒的临床资料分析,发现以氟乙酰胺中毒为主,中枢神经系统损害明显。认为在缺乏解毒剂乙酰胺的情况下,早期清除毒物,控制抽搐,综合治疗,也可取得良好治疗效果。应大力宣传禁用氟乙酰胺灭鼠药。

According to analyze the clinical data of young children raficide poison＇s 68 examples,the article found that the central nervous system is damaged obviously by the fluorine acetamide. And this article also consider that in the situation of lacking the antidote acetamide, eliminating poison in early phase,controlling twitches,treating syntheticaUy,would achieved a favourable therapeutic.We should propagandize vigorously to forbid using the mticide made of fluorine acetamide.
