JAK-STAT信号通路负反馈调节家族与类风湿性关节炎 被引量:5

摘要 类风湿性关节炎是临床常见的自身免疫性疾病,其病理过程的发生、发展都与细胞因子信号转导密切相关,而JAK-STAT通路是介导细胞因子信号转导的重要途径。目前,关于JAK-STAT信号通路的研究多是遵循由胞外至胞内的传递过程进行的,但对于其负反馈调节机制的研究却少有涉及。实际上,负反馈调节能维持机体内环境的稳态,细胞因子信号转导的强度和持续时间过度会对机体造成严重伤害。我们的前期研究发现:艾灸能有效控制实验性RA滑膜炎症,对滑膜细胞分泌功能及细胞内JAK-STAT信号通路具有良性调控作用。而JAK-STAT通路负反馈调节的重要家族:SOCS、PIAS、肿与类风湿关节炎高度相关,在未来可能成为类风湿性关节炎等自身免疫性疾病科学研究的新途径。 Rheumatoid Arthritis is a common auto-immune disease which its occurrence and developmenths of pathologic process is largely related with cytokine.Also, JAK-STAT pathway is an important signal pathway of cytokine. Currently, researches on the JAK-STAT signal pathway mostly followed by a delivery process from extracellular to intracellular, but rarely involved with negative feedback regulation mechanism. In fact, the negative feedback regulation plays a very important roll in homeostasis of body. Important family of negative feedback of JAK-STAT pathway: SOCS, PIAS, PTP is highly related with rheumatoid arthritis which will be the new ways for Clinical treatment, drug development and research of autoimmune diseases.
