加氢装置热电偶套管断裂失效分析 被引量:6

摘要 采用宏观形貌分析、化学成分分析、金相显微组织分析、SEM微观形貌分析等手段,对某石化公司加氢装置的热电偶套管断裂进行了失效分析。结果表明,热电偶套管断裂的原因是低应力高周疲劳断裂,而硫元素含量超标和高温高压水蒸气均加速了疲劳断裂的进程。 Analysis of the failed hydrogenation unit thermowell was carried out based on macroscopic analysis,chemical composition analysis,microstructure analysis,EDS chemical composition analysis,SEM fracture surface analysis.The results showed that the thermowell was fatigue fracture.The content of sulfur element is over standard and the high temperature promoted the fracture jointly.
