摘要
目前,循环农业工程正在我国很多省份试点并逐步推开,取得了比较显著的成效。在循环农业的建设过程中,农民的主体作用至关重要。因此,本文从农户经济学的视角出发,以山东、山西、湖北三省循环农业试点的农户为研究对象,运用描述性统计分析,研究农户参与循环农业工程的行为,并运用二元逻辑回归模型分析影响农户参与行为的因素。结果表明,试点区大部分农民对循环农业的认知程度还比较低,农民参与循环农业工程的动力不足;此外,户主年龄,户主是否兼业,农户对循环农业的认知,农户对当地交通条件的满意程度,家庭生活废水数量,家庭农作物秸秆数量是影响农户参与循环农业工程的重要因素。所以,为提高农户参与循环农业工程的程度,提出了突出农户作用,提高农户对循环农业的认知程度,增强农户的环境保护意识,加强基础设施和配套设施建设,合理设计循环农业项目等政策建议。
Circular agricultural project is implemented and popularized in many provinces of China and has had remarkable achievement at present. The main role of peasants is essential for constructing circular agriculture. From the perspective of rural household economics and taking farmers of Shandong, Shanxi and Hubei province as research object, this paper use descriptive statistical analysis to study farmers' behavior of participating in circular agricultural project and binary logistic regression to study the influencing factors. The results show that farmers' cognition on circular agriculture is weak and participation power is deficient. In addition, the significant influencing factors of farmer participating in circular agricultural project include age of householder, degree of concurrent business, cognition degree, traffic facihties satisfaction, quantity of domestic wastewater and amount of household straw. Finally, we put forward some suggestions such as highlighting farmers' role, raising farmers' cognitive degree, improving farmers' consciousness of protecting environment, strengthening infrastructure construction, and reasonably designing circular agricultural projects.
