摘要
以陆地棉(Gossypium hirsutumL.)品种百棉1号、中棉所41(对照)的棉纤维整个发育过程为主要研究对象,对棉纤维细胞发育中的可溶性蛋白质、可溶性糖、纤维素、POD和CAT等进行了研究,探讨其与棉纤维发育之间的关系,结果表明,可溶性蛋白质、CAT和POD抑制纤维伸长,促进纤维加厚发育,而可溶性糖与其作用不同,促进纤维伸长,脱水成熟期可溶性糖含量低则表明纤维强度较好,纤维素均匀沉积有利于高比强度纤维的形成。研究可为棉花优质高产栽培提供理论依据。
Taking the Zhongmian 41 as the control, study on soluble sugar, soluble protein, cellulose, catalase (CAT), and peroxidase (POD) physiological biochemistry characteristics at different development period of cotton fibre of Baimian No.1 (Gossypium hirsutum L.),request its relationship between cotton fiber development.The results showed: soluble protein, catalase and peroxidase inhibited the cotton fiber elongation, promoted fiber thickening development, but soluble sugar was different with former three indices, it could promote fiber elongation.At the dehydration maturation stage, the low soluble sugar increased the fiber strength, the cellulose uniformity deposition profit high cotton fiber formation.The study provided a theoretical basis for the high-yield cultivation of cotton and the physiological regulation way of cotton fiber strength 。
