多效唑浸种对绿豆幼苗生长的影响 被引量:2

摘要 为了探讨不同浓度的多效唑浸种处理对绿豆幼苗生长的影响,用不同浓度的多效唑溶液浸种处理绿豆,研究其对绿豆幼苗的呼吸速率、生长发育、生理特性等的影响。结果表明,经过多效唑处理使绿豆幼苗呼吸速率增强,叶绿素a、叶绿素b和叶绿素总量均明显增加,幼苗叶片颜色变绿,光合作用和干物质的有效积累增强,根冠比增大,MDA含量减少,植株的抗逆性和抗倒伏能力增强。 With the mung bean seeds as test materials, the effects of paclobutrazol solutions with different concentrations on the growth of mung bean seedlings were studied.After mung bean seedlings were treated with 50 ,100,150,200mg/kg paclobutrazol solutions, respiratory rate, status of growth and development, and physiological nature of the spires were tested.The results showed that the respiration rate, the contents of chlorophyll a, chlorophyll b and total chlorophyll of mung bean seedlings were significantly increased, the color of leaves was greener, photosynthesis, the accumulation of dry matter and root/shoot ratio were increased; MDA content were reduced,the resistance of plants and the resistance against lodging were reinforced.
