摘要
对佳木斯蔬菜地土壤线虫群落组成和垂直分布进行了研究。结果发现,试验期间在西红柿地、豇豆地、马铃薯地和茄子地土壤中分别发现线虫18个属、22个属、17个属和14个属。食细菌线虫为优势营养类群,中杆属(Mersorhabitis)为4种蔬菜土壤线虫共有优势属。不同蔬菜地类型土壤线虫总数和食细菌线虫数量均表现出显著差异(P<0.01)。西红柿地和茄子地土壤线虫总数、食细菌线虫数量随土壤深度变化明显(P<0.01)。蔬菜地土壤线虫群落的研究可以为植物寄生线虫的防治提供一定的理论依据。
The community composition and vertical distribution of soil nematode in vegetable fields was conducted in Jiamusi.The results showed that 18, 22, 17, 14 genera were identified in tomato field, bean field, potato field and eggplant field.The bacterivorous nematode were the dominant trophic group, and Mersorhabitis was the common dominant fauna.The total number of nematode and number of bacterivirous nematode significantly changed among different vegetable fields.The total number of nematode and number of bacterivirous nematode in tomato field and eggplant field significantly changed in depth.It may provide theory basis for controlling of plant-parasitic nematode in vegetable fields.
