聚-γ-谷氨酸施用对草莓产量和果实品质的影响 被引量:18

摘要 试验研究了聚-γ-谷氨酸(Poly-γ-glutamicacid,PGA)肥料增效剂对草莓(Fragaria ananassa Duchesne)产量和果实品质的影响。结果表明,50、100mg/L的PGA处理后,草莓单果重与对照相比呈极显著的差异;用50、100、200mg/L的PGA灌根2次后,草莓产量比对照依次增产了30.4%、29.5%和19.9%,产生了显著的增产效果;草莓苗定植后,100mg/L的PGA处理加快了植株根系的生长速度,平均根长与对照相比呈显著的差异;使叶片厚度增加,叶片厚度与对照相比呈极显著的差异;果实中可溶性固形物比对照分别增加了2.6%、11.4%和3.9%;色度计检测结果表明,100mg/L的PGA处理,果实亮度L值、着色强度C值、红色着色值a均比对照增加,果实表面更富有光泽。 Effect of poly-γ-glutamic acid (PGA) synergist on yield and fruit quality of strawberry (Fragaria ananassa Duchesne) was studied in the experiment.Results showed that the difference was significant among the average fruit weight of the control, 50 mg/L and 100 mg/L PGA treatment, the average yield per area of the PGA treatments of 50 mg/L, 100 mg/L and 200mg/L increased by 30.4%, 29.5%, 19.9% respectively.The average length of the roots in the treatment was significant differences compared with that in the control, the leaf thickness of the treatment was very significant differences compared with that of the control by PGA treatment of 100 mg/L and the content of soluble solid of the PGA treatment increased by 2.6%, 11.4% and 3.9% respectively.The brightness (L), redness (a) and saturation(C) of the strawberry with the treatment of 100 mg/L PGA were improved.
