摘要
采用水蒸气蒸馏法从楝树叶中提取挥发油,利用GC-MS联用仪对楝树叶挥发油的化学成分进行分析,共分离到32个组分,鉴定了其中的26个,鉴出率占全油的81.25%,占挥发油总量的95.43%。楝树叶挥发油主要成分是石竹烯氧化物(31.08%)、二环大根香叶烯(15.43%)、石竹烯(9.11%)、(s)-6-乙烯基-6-甲基-1-(1-甲基乙基)-3-(1-甲基亚乙基)-环己烯(8.72%)、8,9-脱氢-环异长叶烯(6.78%)、[1aR-(1aα,4aα,7β,7aβ,7bα)]-十氢-1,1,7-三甲基-4-亚甲基-1H-环丙[e]薁-7-醇(5.35%)等。
To analyze the chemical compositions of the essential oil from the leaf of Melia azedarach L., the essential oil was extracted from the leaf of Melia azedarach by steam distillation, and then an analysis was conducted by applying GC-MS.The result showed that 32 ingredients had been found, and 26 of them had been identified, accounting for 95.43% of the total essential oil.The main chemical components of the leaf of Melia azedarach were: Caryophyllene oxide (31.08%), Bicyclogermacrene (15.43% ), Caryophyllene (9.11% ), Cyclohexene, 6-ethenyl-6-methyl-1-(1-methylethyl)-3-(1-methylethylidene)-(s)-(8.72%),Cycloisolongifolene, 8,9-dehydro-(6.78%),1H-Cycloprop[e]azulen-7-o1, decahydro-1,1,7-trimethyl-4-methylene-[1aR-(1a.alpha,4a.alpha,7.beta,7a.beta,7b.alpha)]-(5.35%) etc.
