摘要
目的:研究蛋白Z(PZ)及其相关因子在肺动脉血栓栓塞症(PTE)患者静脉血栓形成过程中的变化及其作用。方法:采用基因表达谱芯片检测20例PTE患者与20例对照组人群PZ、PZ依赖的蛋白酶抑制剂(ZPI)及凝血因子Ⅹ(FⅩ)的mRNA表达水平及其差异。结果:PTE组与对照组比较, PZ的平均信号值在PTE组为4.55±0.43,对照组为4.92±0.70,P>0.05;ZPI的平均信号值在PTE组为5.09±0.57,对照组为5.51±0.73,P<0.05;FⅩ的平均信号值在PTE组为4.76±1.11,对照组为4.82±0.66,P>0.05。结论:PZ及FⅩ mRNA在静脉血栓形成过程中不起主要作用,而ZPI mRNA表达的显著性差异可能在PTE中有重要意义。
Objective:To analysis the difference of mRNA expression and the functions of Protein Z (PZ) and PZ-related factors in patients with pulmonary thromboembolism (PTE).Method:The mRNA expressions of PZ,ZPI and factorⅩ (FⅩ) in 20 PTE patients and 20 control patients were measured with micro array expression chip and the data were compared.Results:The average PZ signal value of the PTE group and the control patients were 4.55±0.43 and 4.92±0.70,respectively (P>0.05);the average ZPI signal value of the PTE group and the control group were 5.09±0.57 and 5.51±0.73,respectively (P<0.05);and the average FX signal value of the PTE group and the control patients were 4.76±1.11 and 4.82±0.66,respectively (P>0.05).Conclusion:PZ and FⅩ mRNA displayed no significant differences between the PTE and the control patients,which suggested PZ and FⅩ do not play significant role in the process of PTE,while ZPI mRNA expression level decreased significantly in PTE patients as compared with the control patients,further research concerning its significance is needed.
