薄一波农业发展思想探究

Study on BO Yi-bo's Thoughts on Agricultural Development

薄一波同志提出要把提高农民素质、改进农业生产工具、加强农业科学技术的研究与推广作为提高农业生产力的重要途径。同时,他还通过总结我国正反两方面的经验教训,提出要适时调整生产关系以促进农业生产发展。为促进我国农业健康持续发展,薄一波提出了"以工补农"、"以工建农"的重要思想,这对于破解"三农"难题,推进社会主义新农村建设具有重要意义。这些思想既对我国农业发展具有指导性和方向性意义,也对现今党和国家实施"工业反哺农业"政策具有启示和指导作用。

BO Yi-bo, who was one of the main members of the 1st and 2nd generations of collective leadership of People＇s Republic of China, had long put emphasis on highly valuing agricultural production, from the political height of consolidating people＇s democratic dictatorship.He put forward that raising farmers＇ diathesis, improving tools of agricultural production and enhancing research and extension of agricultural science and technology should be important ways to increase agricultural productivity.At the same time, by drawing positive and negative lessons from the past, he proposed that it should be in due time to adjust production relations to promote of agricultural development.In order to promote sound and sustainable development of China＇s agriculture, he put forward the important thought of ＂developing rural industry to subsidize agriculture＂ and ＂developing industry to construct agriculture＂.This thought had been of significance for solving ＂agriculture, rural area and farmer＂issues and furthering the Chinese new socialist rural construction.BO Yi-bo＇s thoughts on agricultural development was a great guiding and directional significance on promoting China＇s agricultural development, and, meanwhile, played an enlightening and indicating role on implementing CPC＇s and state policy of ＂industry regurgitation-feeding agriculture＂ at present.
