摘要
用无钯化学镀的方法对PAN基碳纤维进行了表面镀镍处理,工艺流程包括:硝酸氧化,Ni2+配位吸附,KBH4还原和化学镀镍。通过扫描电镜(SEM)、差热分析(DSC)和X射线衍射(XRD)方法对镀层性能进行了分析。结果表明,用无钯化学镀的方法得到的镍镀层能达到传统镀层的均匀性,镀层无卷起、脱落现象。
Nickel was electrolessly plated on PAN-based carbon fiber surface without use of palladium through the following process flow: oxidation with nitric acid, coordination adsorption of Ni2+, reduction with KBH4, and electroless deposition. The deposit performance was analyzed using scanning electron microscopy (SEM), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) methods. The results showed that the palladium-free electroless nickel deposit has the same evenness of conventional deposit with no rolling up and falling off.
