摘要
针对含少量杂质的稀硫酸在高温环境下的强腐蚀性,选了ND、2205、17-4PH和316L等不锈钢材料,在5%NaCl溶液和现场提取的工作介质中进行了60~80°C工作温度下的腐蚀性试验。结果表明,在5%NaCl溶液中,ND不锈钢耐蚀性能最好;在工作介质中,17-4PH不锈钢的耐蚀性最好。
Aim at the strong corrosion of dilute sulfuric acid containing a small amount of impurity at high temperature, the corrosion tests were completed by choosing ND, 2205, 17-4PH and 316L stainless steel materials in 5% NaCl solution and working media picking-up from scene at working temperature of 60-80 ℃. The results showed that the corrosion resistance of ND stainless steel is the best in 5% NaCl solution, and the 17-4PH stainless steel has the best corrosion resistance in the working medium.
