封闭型异氰酸酯固化剂的合成研究

摘要 合成了一种低温解封的全封闭型异氰酸酯固化交联剂,考查了反应温度、封闭剂、催化剂、溶剂等因素对合成反应速率和涂膜性能的影响。实验发现,选择TDI为原料,苯酚和聚醚二元醇为封闭剂,甲基异丁基甲酮为溶剂,控制适宜的反应温度和反应时间,可制得完全封闭型固化剂。 The fully blocked polyisocyanate curing agent with low deblocking temperature was synthesized and the effects of temperature, blocking agent, catalyst and solvent on reaction rate and film performance were studied. It was found by experiments that the fully blocked curing agent can be obtained by using TDI as the raw materal, phenol and polypropylene glycol as the blocking agents and MBK as the solvent and controlling appropriate reaction temperature and time.
