再发缺血性中风164例危险因素和临床证型分析

Study on the risk factors and different Traditional Chinese Medicine distinguish symptom types among recurrence of stroke.

目的:探讨再发缺血性中风的危险因素及中医证型。方法:对236例首发及164例再发缺血性中风病人分组,对糖尿病、高血压病、高脂血症、缺血性心脏病、颈动脉斑块及吸烟、饮酒等易患因素及中医证型进行比较分析。结果:易患因素中糖尿病、高血压病、颈动脉斑块三组比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。高脂血症、冠心病、吸烟、饮酒无明显差异。再发组中医辨证风痰瘀血,痹阻脉络证多见(39%)。结论:糖尿病、高血压病、颈动脉斑块是再发缺血性中风最重要的危险因素,临床上要重视糖尿病、高血压病、颈动脉斑块的早期治疗。

Objective：To evaluate the risk factors of brain stroke among recurrence patients with different TCM symptom types.Methods： Compare the risk factors such as diabetes,hypertension,hyperlipidemia,heart disease,carotid plaques,smoking and drinking and different TCM symptom types among 236 cases of stroke patients and 164 recurrence of stroke patients.Results：There were difference of diabetes,hypertension and carotid plaques among the risks（P0.01）,combined the phlegm and the blood stasis stagnating collaterals syndrome group was higher among recurrence of stroke patients.Conclusion：diabetes,hypertension and carotid plaques are the most important risks among recurrence of stroke.Early treatment should be paid more attention.
