临床护理路径在胃癌根治术的应用

Application of clinicalnursing passway to patients with gastric cancer treated with radical gastrectomy

目的:探讨临床护理路径在胃癌根治术的应用效果。方法:55例胃癌患者分为观察组30例和对照组25例,观察组用临床护理路径护理,对照组用常规护理,观察并比较两组的临床护理效果。结果:观察组满意度91.6%高于对照组77.6%(χ2=3.789,P<0.05);观察组卧床时间、住院天数、医疗费用均低于对照组(t=2.145,t=2.2147,t=2.3178,P<0.05)。结论:应用临床护理路径对胃癌根治术患者给予全程护理,可有效地提高护理质量及患者的满意度。

Objective：To investigate the application effect of clinical nursing passway to patients with gastriccancer radicalgastrectomy.Methods：50 patients treated with radicalgastrec-tomy were randomly divided into observation group（n=30）and control group（n=25）.Clinical nursing passway was applied in observation group and routine nursing care was taken in control group.The effect of clinical nursing care was observed and compared.Results：Satisfaction 91.6% in observation group were higher than that 77.6% in control group（χ2=3.789,P0.05）;The bed rest time、length of hospitalization and medical costs were lower in observation group than those in control group（t=2.145,t=2.2147,t =2.3178,P 0.05）.Conclusion：Clinical nursing passway used to provide patientswith rapid rehabilitation surgery can increase patients’satisfaction and quality of life.
