Van Overwalle and Heylighen integrated the principles of difference and agreement of Mill's five methods, presented the joint model of attribution, and pointed out the inferential linkages between 4 covariation informations and 4 causal dimensions in attributions. This study examined the attributions of one covariation information on 4 causal dimensions by one experiment. The results indicated that one covariation information was attributed to a person' s internal disposition or external environment, and the inferential linkages in attributions predicted by the joint model were proved except for the contingency information. In addition, positivity bias appeared on 4 causal dimensions.
