摘要
通过对143位大学生的数据分析,文章探讨了公平过程效应和结果公平效应存在的条件以及在不同条件下人们对结果公平和结果满意度的反应。多元方差分析结果表明:在不知道他人结果的情况下,公平过程效应显著;在知道他人结果的条件下,结果公平效应显著。此外,研究还表明,人们对结果满意度和结果公平反应是不同的,在结果满意度上,得到多于他人结果的个体比得到少于他人结果的个体判断自己的结果更为满意,但是在结果公平判断上,二者不存在显著差异。
The article explored the conditions of the Fair Process Effect and the Outcome Fair Effect by analyzing the data of 143 undergraduates. MANOVA showed that the fair process effect is salient when people don't know the outcomes of others, but when they know the outcomes of others, the outcome fair effect becomes salient. Furthermore, the research indicated that the effects on perceived outcome satisfaction and outcome fairnexs are different. A person who receives an outcome that is more than the outcome of the other person is more satisfied; however, people who receivec an outcome that is more or less than the outcome of another person are not differ in their outcome fairness judgments.
