Psycho-informatics Engineering （PIE）, derived from the process of psychological informationization, is a new, interdisciplinary field related to psychology, information science, computer science, mathematics and other fields. This paper makes a general introduction of PIE＇s concept, content, methodology with a view to contributing to its academic construction and development.
